Reminders can be sent to assignees to remind them that they have an upcoming task due.
The allowed number of reminders per task varies by plan:
- Pro Plan – 3 reminders per task
- Elite Plan – 4 reminders per task
- Team Plan – 5 reminders per task
Update Reminder Days
The Admin can see the number of reminders allowed and what the current settings are.
To change the reminder days, select the Reminders option from the left sidebar.
When reminders are sent is completely customizable. You can set reminders to be sent any number of days before or after the due date. Sending reminders after the due date is helpful if you want to remind assignees that they still have a task due, even though it’s past the due date.
