When exporting TaskIQ meeting data, you have two choices:
- Export all meetings
- Export selected meetings
Option 1: Export All Meetings
In the left sidebar, click on Meetings
Click on Export All
Summary of All Meetings
The exported spreadsheet creates a summary worksheet of a summary of ALL the Admin’s meetings in the below format.
Meeting Details
A worksheet is created for each meeting showing the task detail in the format below.
Option 2: Export Individual Meetings
In the left sidebar, click on Meetings
Select the meeting you want to export
Click on Export
A worksheet is created for each meeting showing the task detail in the format below.
Note: If multiple meetings are selected, then separate sheets are downloaded. Each worksheet contains the task details for that meeting.
