You may need to add a task manually that wasn’t covered in the meeting or that the AI did not identify. It’s a simple and quick process to add it manually and send the notification to the assignee.
The Email Status of the meeting must be Pending. If the Email Status is Sent, the task processing is complete and the meeting is closed.
Manage Meetings
Note: If after , you’ve exited the Generated Tasks screen and need to work with the meeting tasks again, do the following:
In the left sidebar, click on Meetings.
Click on the ellipsis (…) on the right next to the meeting tasks you want to work with.
Select Work Tasks and you’ll be back in the Generated Tasks screen where you can manually add tasks.
Add Meeting Tasks
The Admin can add a task to the meeting by clicking on the Add Task button.
Enter the Task Details
The Admin must complete all fields to add the task. Then click the Add button.
