Reminders are to be emailed to task assignees.
But what if you need to disable reminders for a specific task? No problem, you can stop all future reminders from being sent.
Manage Meetings
Note: If after , you’ve exited the Generated Tasks screen and need to work with the meeting tasks again, do the following:
In the left sidebar, click on Meetings.
Click on the ellipsis (…) on the right next to the meeting tasks you want to work with.
Select View Tasks and you’ll be back in the screen where you can view task related information.
View Tasks
Click on the Alert Icon for the task you want to disable.
The Reminder Status is updated to Reminder Disabled.
To re-enable reminders just click the Alert Icon and reminders are turned back on for the task.
